Ehel is a family messaging app designed for diaspora communities. It combines private group chats with tools to track Ayuuto (rotating savings circles) and Community Circles — helping families stay connected and build together, no matter where they are in the world.

Ayuuto (also known as Hagbad, Susu, or Chit Fund in other cultures) is a traditional rotating savings system where a group of people contribute a fixed amount regularly, and one member receives the full pot each round. Ehel helps you track who's next, manage contributions, and keep everyone accountable.

A Community Circle is a goal-based savings pool where members contribute toward a shared goal — like a wedding, education fund, or emergency support. Unlike Ayuuto, the funds go toward a specific purpose rather than rotating between members.

Yes! Ehel is free to download and use. We're focused on building the best experience for families first. Premium features may be added in the future, but core messaging and Ayuuto tracking will always be free.

No. Ehel is a tracking tool only — we don't process, hold, or transfer any money. All financial arrangements are directly between you and your family or community members. You continue to use your preferred payment methods (cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.).

Yes. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile and data. If you need help, contact us at privacy@ehelhub.com.
