By accessing or using Ehel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
Description of Service
Ehel is a family messaging and community savings application that allows users to:
- Create and participate in private group chats and individual conversations
- Track Ayuuto (rotating savings circles) and Community Circles
- Manage contribution pools for shared goals
- Share photos and messages with family members
User Accounts
To use Ehel, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide a valid phone number for verification
- Maintain the security of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ehel to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
- Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
Ayuuto, Community Circles & Financial Features
Ehel provides tools to help track and manage Ayuuto (rotating savings circles) and Community Circles. Please note:
- Ehel is a tracking tool only — we do not process, hold, or transfer money
- All financial arrangements are between you and your family/community members
- Ehel is not responsible for any disputes, defaults, or losses related to savings circles
- You use financial tracking features at your own risk
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Ehel. By posting content, you grant us a license to store and display that content to other users in your groups as part of providing the service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ehel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Ehel after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
